Note: Since the retirement of the Most Rev. Linda Nicholls as Primate in September 2024, the Office of Chairperson of the Anglican Foundation of Canada has been vacant. The Board of Directors will be presenting a proposed by-law amendment at the AGM that will allow the Board the flexibility of appointing someone other than the Primate as Chairperson of the Board of AFC. The Primate may continue to serve as one of the appointed Directors, but they need not serve ex-officio as Chairperson. This amendment is consistent with the by-laws of the Anglican Foundation approved for Continuance under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act in 2013.

We look forward to welcoming you to the meeting!
